  4. Inspection & Refund Processing: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it for any signs of wear or damage. If it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund.

Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

  • If you need a different size or style, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@lamonaca.store with photos of the issue.
  • We will provide either a replacement or a full refund for the defective item.

International Returns

  • For international orders, return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
  • Please ensure the item is properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
